Draft, and not legal advice. This needs a read-through before the site goes public.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your email address, and whatever else you choose to tell us — a name or company, and what you need sourced.
- Client pages: the questions you ask on your page and the answers you get, plus the project notes we write up for you.
- Page views: counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you — the page, the referrer, the country and the device type.
- Nothing else: no tracking pixels, no advertising tools, no cookies and nothing stored on your device. See cookies.
Why we have it
To answer you and to do the work you asked us to do. Questions and answers from a client page go to the team, so anything the assistant could not answer gets picked up.
Who sees it
Only SOAR Works. We do not sell anything to anyone, and we never tell one client about another. Two suppliers process data on our behalf: our host, Vercel, which runs the site and counts the page views described above, and Anthropic, which runs the AI model behind the question box. The text of your question is sent to the model to produce the answer and is not used to train it.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and client page history are kept while we are working together and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Your private link expires on its own.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we will do it. The contact page has the address.
Security
Client pages are reached by a private link that expires and is never published. The link itself is stored only as a one-way hash, so a lost link is reissued rather than looked up. Pages are not indexed by search engines.
